 Sebastian Harnack was born on the 21st of February 1979 in Hamburg. After travelling the world as a child and many places he lived but unfortunately does not remember, he lives now in the west of Hamburg in a house together with Matthias Harder. The decision of picking up a bass guitar came quite spontaneously when he was 13. He started making music together with two friends and then wished himself his first bass guitar, a 4-string Gibson Epiphone. The most different styles of music starting with his dad’s Beatles Collection on vinyl continuing with CDs of Sting and Rage against the machine and music from Marcus Miller influenced his was of playing the bass a lot. After several band-projects he is now playing SYLVAN’s bass since 2000.
